I have just entered into an agreement with Cube but so far so (very) good. The staff are friendly and professional. The facilities are excellent and the storage is good value for HK.
Excellent customer service at Cube...I spoke with them ahead of time to clarify the types of storage and the costs. It is also excellent value for money. Cube was able to organize with a third party for delivery of all my household belongings - pick up, packing and delivery to Cube. The Cube staff were friendly and helpful and I was so pleased with their service. I saved so much money by storing many things at Cube and then getting a smaller apartment. It was a big WIN for me.
