是否有最低的儲存期限？

如何計算迷你倉收費？
我們的收費方式是按月計費 。初次使用不足 一個月則按比例收費 。其後不足一個月就以一個月計算。 租用迷你倉的月費會在儲存的當天起開始算起 。此後我們 將會在每個月的 相應日子收取月費。
我需要繳付定金嗎？
在使用服務前，你需要繳付訂金。有關訂金的金額大約與一個月的服務費相若。 如你停止使用Cube 的服務，必須提前一個月以書面通知，同時迷你倉的使用狀況與使用前相若，便可取回有關訂金。
你按比例退款嗎？
不，您的存儲將始終根據我們的每月計費週期收費。
接受哪種付款方式？
款項可透過發票內提供的安全付款連結支付，支援以下付款方式：
-扣賬卡及信用卡（Visa、MasterCard、American Express）
-轉數快 FPS（銀行轉帳）
-電子錢包（Alipay、WeChat Pay、Google Pay、Apple Pay）

每張發票均附有一個專屬且安全的付款連結，並與你的帳戶及該發票一一對應。

我可以保留迷你倉報價嗎？

你的儲存倉安全嗎?
方快存迷你倉有24小時閉路電視監控、火災警報器和煙霧探測器 等保安設備 ，你的 物品定能得到最安全、可靠的保護 。 我們的 儲存倉内還設有恆溫管理，適合放置 一些對溫度敏感的物品。
我可以存放什麽物品？
基本上什麽都可以，以下提及的 物品則除外： – 任何活物，如動物及植物 – 危險品，如易燃液體或爆炸性物品 – 可分解的東西，如食物等 – 未經授權或非法的物品，如手槍等 更多有關禁止物品。 留意 : 如有需要，海關和警察有法定的權利進入你的迷你倉進行檢查 。
將物品搬入迷你倉還可以更換增減儲存面積嗎？
可以。如果你想增減儲存倉面積，我們的方快存大使可為你安排。

How will I be billed?
We run a first of the month billing cycle. For the first calendar month of your storage, you will be charged from the day that your packed boxes have been securely stored to the end of that month, and then on the first day of each subsequent calendar month. You will be liable for full month storage charges irrespective of the date you wish to have your items delivered and your storage terminated.
Will I need to pay a deposit for my storage unit with Cube Self Storage?
There is a refundable deposit, which is equal to one month’s rent. When you leave Cube Self Storage, providing you have given us one month written notice and that you leave your room in the same condition as when you started your rental period, your deposit will be returned to you.

Can I save a quote for storage unit?
Yes, you can. To save a quote, simply complete a short online form to view the price of your selected storage unit. Once the price is displayed, submit your details and we’ll save the quote for you to revisit later.

What happens after I submit a quote request?
Once you submit a quote request, your quoted price will be held for a limited time, our team will review your details and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and next steps.
Do you have a removal or van service?
We can help to arrange a third-party mover to help you with the collection and delivery. You can learn more about our delivery services here.
Do you offer a packing service?
If you need a hand with packing your boxes, please speak to a member of our team to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Do you sell packing material?
Yes, we sell the full range of packaging materials including boxes, bags and bubble wrap - you can see our full range in our online box shop.
Do you have any moving equipment available to help me move my items into my storage space?
Yes we offer trolleys and pallets and a variety of moving equipment.
Will you deliver to a different address?
If you have moved to a new address we are more than happy to deliver to your new residence, just let us know where you need the delivery to go to. However, we will need to charge an address changing fee.
How are my Boxes transported?
Your boxes can be transported in your own transport or by one of our third-party logistic partners. The boxes themselves provide durable protection so there is no need to worry that your items may get damaged in transit. And should the worst happen, you can speak to our friendly team about claiming through insurance.
How secure is your warehouse?
Our warehouse has 24 hour monitoring, fire alarms and smoke detectors. Your items could not be under safer care. We can also offer specialist climate controlled storage for items such as wine that require extra precaution when they are stored.
What size rooms do you have?
We offer a large range of standard storage units as well as bespoke units for any size you may need in our climate controlled secure facility.
What can’t store in my storage unit?
You can store virtually anything except:
– Living materials, such as animals and plants
– Hazardous items such as flammable liquids or explosives
– Items that can decompose such as food
– Unauthorised or illegal goods such as firearms.
NB Customs and police have statutory rights enabling them to visit your room.
Can I change to a different size after I’ve already moved in?
If the unit size you want is available at your facility, then yes you can move into another unit. Your local facility manager will be able to assist you in that transition.
